You may not claim exclusive ownership of any ThemeDev WordPress Products, whether modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of ThemeDev.

ThemeDev.net shall not be liable for damages arising from website usage or use of our WordPress Products. This includes direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage to your computer, software, web host, systems, and data.

9. Refund Policy

10. Product Support

12. Taxes

You're responsible for any applicable international, national, or regional taxes. Note that, taxes are not included in our product pricing. It is exclusively handled by Paddle.
